(February 24, 2020, 5:32 pm)I did a lot of on-line research before deciding to buy from Texas Hot Tub Company. What I learned is that service and reliable continued support is very important when purchasing a hot tub and that Jacuzzi brand is one of the top of the line names.
Joel C. at Texas Hot Tub Company made the process very simple and easy. He is extremely knowledgeable and was always available throughout the entire process. He described all the features of each model. Joel guided me through the delivery and set-up process. He continued to check-in to ensure that things were going as planned pertaining to chemical balance (which is extremely easy) and installation.
I could not have asked for better customer service throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company and especially contacting Joel to anyone considering a hot tub purchase.
(January 25, 2020, 8:30 pm)Joel at Texas Hot Tubs was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new hot tub. He mad sure everything went well from delivery to set up. He even gave me his cell number so if I had any after hours questions. I could not ask for better customer service.
(January 17, 2020, 8:57 pm)We went to the hot tub expo in Dallas Market Center, we met Chip as soon as we walked in. He was incredible and very knowledgeable of all products, he explained the differences very patiend to my parents about each hot tub. I really appreciated how Chip listened to my parents Josue and Ines Salazar about their needs, wants and concerns including everything we would need to do prior to delivery. We had a very good experience, so if you need to buy a hot tub ask for Chip.

The installation went smoothly and the follow up has been excellent. We highly recommend seeing Joel if you're in the market for a hot tub.
