The Nashville style hot chicken seasoning they put on/in the final product is, in fact, earth shattering. Hella hot - the spiciest I believe they offer - is the hottest thing I've ever eaten and still enjoyed the flavoring of the dish. Recommend regular hot in most cases unless you are feeling brave.
