(September 16, 2019, 11:14 am)I’ve used Romex for less than a year. The service has always been good, but today it was exceptional. Mike Bass was my technician today and he went above and beyond what I expected. I asked him to replace the sticky traps just inside my garage doors but I warned him that the grass had blown in the last time the yard was mowed and it was a bit of a mess. I just expected him to swap out the traps for fresh ones, but he swept up the grass and cleaned up the area as well. Thank you for such fantastic service!
(December 15, 2018, 11:07 am)Just had David at my house for my initial treatment. He did such a thorough job inside and out. Very polite young man and made some great suggestions. I had used Orkin for 4 years, was frustrated with the continued scheduling issues and changes in technicians so I decided to leave. Hope Romex being a small company does a much better job and continues the excellent service
(November 5, 2018, 1:41 pm)Cort does a very good job. He is thorough and conscientious. We see very few mosquitoes (probably from other yards) after he sprays for them. He is also courteous and welcomes special instructions from customers.
