(September 9, 2020, 10:57 pm)Troy Cuts is amazing! I was expecting to get some overpriced haircut and leave feeling underwhelmed, but after receiving my haircut from Mena, I was thrilled! As I entered I was welcomed in by the owner and didn't even have to sit down and wait, Mena was there and kindly took me to his chair. He asked me what I wanted, I gave him the specs, and he started. He is very talented, he payed attention to every last detail, even my hairline! He gave me a killer skin-fade and trim. I will definitely be back. Awesome service, great prices, and good for anyone wanting to support local businesses.
