Beautiful location, level, spacious site. All sites are water and electric only, but there's a very convenient dump station on site.
Close to stores. Easy access to 35E freeway. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were closed but laundry is open.
This is our second time camping here and we'll definitely go back.
Lots of trees and easy access to Lake Lewisville. Great area for walking and biking.
Thank you for allowing us a free dump station. We pulled into the place and a nice lady guided us into the location to dump.
It was a bit hard for me to get my direction right. But I think that was my fault. I encourage anyone coming to take advantage of the free dump to swing around on the far side, making sure to follow the address, if you don't have someone guiding you in. Don't make the same mistake I made.
My view of the campground looked clean and just like the sort of place to come visit.
Nice and quiet. 50 amp and 30 amp service, well kept park. Some spaces very close, some not so much. We stayed in #6 and it was the best! Close to shopping. Gates close at 11:00 pm for the night. Cost for out 45’ MH with a toad was $11. Max length of stay is 28 days.
Beautiful! Extremely, extremely well and fair priced. It is a very clean campground. They have showers and restrooms on site that you must have the door lock key pad code which changes( for added security, as the park is located within steps of the soccer and baseball fields and golf. The campground also has 4 washers and 4 dryers at $1.50 a wash and $1.25 a dry inside of a "laundry cabin" were they have a folding table, hanging rack, ironing board, magazines and books. It is super clean. The camp ground is surrounded by State Lewisville Lake (no fishing license required). Their are picnic tables and grills, peirs and restrooms on the lake. In the distance you can see the skyline of Frisco and another small town....just beautiful. The fishing barge is about 1 mile or less from the campground as well as the party barge The gate is locked from 11pm to 6am. You can park your vehical at the ball fields and walk through a light wooded area with a visible walking path if you need out before 6 am or come in after 11. Discounts for veterans and senior citizens. My uncle who is both stayed 20 nights at a rate of $7.00 a night. He had water and electricity and there are 2 'dumping" stations. The park is also conveniently located close to the town of Flower Mound. Can't wait to stay there again.
Great campground. Simple clean restrooms and showers. The shower had good water pressure. Some of the sites have a great lake view. The area for the bigger rigs are pretty much parking lot style, but if you have shorter rig have some nice spots which are set in a group of pine trees.
