"We went into Whittle Boats to look at boats with a price point set in our minds that we were comfortable with. Gary was our salesperson and did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and humble. He did not get pushy with us at all. He listened to what we were looking for, made his recommendations then walked away so that my husband and I could look at and make the comparisons on the boats that were what we were looking for. When we ultimately made our decision we talked with Gary, he told us our options, set up a time for the next week for a lake test, told us what we needed to do to finalize the purchase, and settled everything with a handshake. Our boat was immediately listed as a sale pending on their website so it did not go anywhere, this was all done with a verbal agreement and a handshake. Brandi did our closing and was just as friendly, kind, and welcoming as Gary. I cannot stress enough how easy the whole process was, from the moment we walked in the door until we drove away with our boat, to the emails after with all of our questions, Jerry Whittle Boats is a superb dealership. I don’t even know where to start as far as my experience with Jerry Whittle Boats goes! From start to finish this was the smoothest process for a large purchase that I have ever had. I felt so taken care of with a family feel to it. This is a business and I certainly did not expect a family feel throughout my buying experience. Gary Jackson sold me a Tritoon with honesty and integrity. I ended up with a better quality boat with features that were so important to me. I know the boat that I purchased was quality and I felt confident in my investment. Very exciting and joyful purchase.

I first went to Jerry Whittle in May 2021 and I was greeted by Gary Carpenter. When I was at the dealership, there weren’t many boats due to the COVID-19 Boat Shortage. Gary wanted to make sure I got a boat that I wanted and within my price range. He did not try to pressure me in buying an expensive boat or shoo me away like other dealerships did. Gary kept in touch with me and showed me what inventory was coming. On May 4, 2022, my Qwest Pontoon finally came in fresh from the factory. We have a boat slip, and you are not obligated to buy a trailer with your boat. It saved us $5000, and the headache of trying to find somewhere to store the trailer. On May 4th, Monty and Jose took us out on our test drive and Monty taught us EVERYTHING about our boat. Jose also showed me how to properly secure the boat onto the trailer. Monty also delivered our boat to Richland Chambers Reservoir in Corsicana, Texas. He made it a priority to make sure the boat was secure in our slip and that it did not hit anything. He made many adjustments with the rope to make sure the boat was in perfect position. I highly recommend this dealership , and the fact that I did not have to buy a trailer and that they delivered my boat to Corsicana for free. I will be taking my boat here for service and will be buying my next boat here. Grade A customer service!

My husband and I can not say enough great things about Jerry Whittle boats and EVERYONE we came in contact with. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door until the time we purchased our boat. We looked at a couple other boat dealers and they could NOT COMPARE to Jerry Whittle.
