Every time my husband and I walk in we get excellent customers service! The staff are extremely friendly and treat us amazingly

I'm torn between the Ultimate Porker and the Gargantuan... can't go wrong with either. The meat and vegetables are always fresh, and their bread is my downfall.

I called this location last week after I had an unfortunate incident at subway. Two of the subway locations here in the Colony would NOT accept their own company's coupons. So I called and asked the manager at Jimmy John's on Plano pkwy if they would accept a competitor's coupon after explaining to him what had just happened to me at subway. He in turn told me that no he would not accept the coupon but that if I came into his location that he would just GIVE me a sandwich. WoW!
I went into the store in tears. With gas prices rising and inflation at the grocery stores, getting a decent bite to eat daily without breaking the bank has become a for real chore.
I met Cole the manager at this location. He made a really good sandwich for me. He would not accept the coupon or money, but I did leave as a tip the money that I would have spent at subway. If I could give a million stars to Jimmy John's on this review, I would. I wish I had had the courage to tell them at that time how much their kindness meant to me with all the health issues and family/financial problems I'm facing in my life currently. They have me as a customer for life and the sandwich was delicious. Thanks for going WAY above the mark where another company wouldn't even rise to level.

Great tasting fresh subs! Do you like a great fresh sub? This is a great place to eat! Friendly staff, fast service! Bread is fresh and tasty! Loaded with plenty of meat and cheese! If you like spicy, the I suggest having them add on the Jimmy Peppers!

For 7 days I suffered because my dentist did not see any tooth fractures or infection. My dentist used the standard x-ray. I was on heavy pain meds and a slew of antibiotics.

When I saw Dr Greiner he ordered an immediate CT (3D) scan of my tooth and gums. Dr Greiner showed me the imaging results and it showed my tooth had multiple fractures and a quarter sized infection as plain as day and it was determined that my molar could not be saved. The standard x-ray was totally inconclusive and missed the problem.

If I had been sent to Dr Greiner’s initially, I would have had only 2-3 days of suffering verses 7 days. It’s not a knock on my wonderful dentist. The scanner cost $150,000 so it’s not an option for the most part. I believe that all local dentists need to know about this valueable resource so they can offer the best options to their patients.

Insist on a 3D scan if you want to know exactly what is happening with your ailing tooth without any guess work.

Prior to my emergency procedure, Dr Greiner Explained in detail what I was facing and what he would do to end my pain. He and his entire staff were compassionate and very professional. They patiently answered every question I had which were a few.

I was referred here by my dentist . I am a dental phobic and the thought of a root canal raises my blood pressure . But the dentist assured me that Dr Justice was an exceptional endodontist and that I would be treated with kid gloves .. the doctor was so gentle that I felt nothing during it after the treatment . Thank you to all the team at this office for making my visit easy

Both times i had emergency problems and Dr. Justice was there to take care of me. She was extremely skilled as well as helped keep me calm. I had confidence that she new what she was doing through both of my root canals.

Dr. Greiner is an excellent and very talented endodontist. I am very grateful for his excellent care over many years.
