Please read it, it's important, if you work with clients, if you are a manager you can use this as to train your employees or if you, like me, are from another country and do not have English as a first language.
I needed to print some flyers to offer my service and I had never printed a flyer before, especially in this pandemic moment where jobs have reduced.
I have a good level of English, I can communicate and understand everyone, but unfortunately sometimes we come across impatient people or people who think that everyone has an obligation to know English and treat people badly and feel superior. I have had many of these experiences unfortunatley.
I was lucky to be helped by Brandy, who gave me all the support, help and was very patient with me and made me happy and very satisfied. Her customer service was excellent. I would love to go to restaurants, post office, stores and etc and always have that kind of service. I say it all this from the heart!
