It’s been a long search, but they had exactly what I needed! Cedric was great, super knowledgeable and took great care of us. Excited to finally be able to exercise safely again!
(November 11, 2019, 12:41 pm)This place is amazing!! I have been checking so many different online sites for deals and information on the best workout equipment for my home gym. Had I listened to my wife sooner I could have saved a lot of time (if my wife is reading this, yes you were right). She kept on telling me to go and check out Busy Body in Lewisville, TX to see what used and new items they have. She actually finally got me to go by going earlier in the week and getting me a quote for for a power rack and a few other items. The deal was great and it got me to go in and meet the manager Cedric. Cedric is awesome, he shares knowledge when needed and leaves you alone at times so you can make your own mind up about the products in the store. We ended up buying a functional trainer for an insanely awesome price! I found a kindred spirit in Cedric and this will be the the place that I go to moving forward when I need additional items for my home gym. As a health coach I will also be sharing this gem of a gym store with my clients who are local and looking for home equipment. I look forward to my searching being simplified by having a go to location. Thank you Cedric and Busy Body for being absolutely amazing!!
(September 28, 2019, 11:19 pm)I purchased a spin bike at Busy Body/Lewisville 5 years ago and when I was ready to upgrade; I came back. Cedric, I cannot thank you enough for taking of me. Now, I have a Lifetime Fitness spin bike I will enjoy for another 5 years. Great price. Great service. Another satisfied customer.
(August 28, 2019, 7:07 pm)I was at this place with my wife a week ago to look at their treadmills. David was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. He didn't try to sell me something but simply encouraged me to try out and play with the equipments at the store. I could tell he genuinely enjoyed conversing with customers that walked in and answering questions for them. I was impressed by how he wanted to help me stay comfortably within my budget rather than steer me toward purchasing something more expensive. You don't get much of that anywhere these days. I'm a bargain hunter, so I went home and looked at other brands and prices online. I had a hard time finding a price as good as what I saw at Busy Body, and because I was already so impressed by David's great attitude and how comfortable he made me feel as a customer, I decided to go back the next day and I purchased a treadmill from him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to everyone around me. The next time I want to purchase another work-out equipment, I know exactly where to go.
(August 26, 2019, 2:22 pm)I was in there this weekend and the Manger, Cedric waited on me. I was looking for a heart rate strap that was extremely accurate. He said they don't sell them any more, but he had one left that was used and just gave it to me. He explained what items he thought were pretty accurate for me to research. Excellent customer service. I will definitely keep this store in mind for any future needs. Thank you for such a great experience.
