There was a bit of a wait and a group of people were waiting for half an hour when my sister and I got there because the waitstaff wasn't there yet. Despite that though, the waitress we got was super friendly, polite, kind, and on top of everything, especially the to-go boxes and when our drinks needed to be refilled. I can't remember her name but it started with an A, she has long brown/black hair, and a pretty tattoo down her forearm. I hope whoever gets her as a waitress next gives a big tip. :)
I don't normally leave reviews, but I must commend the staff for a job well done. The restaurant was extremely busy and it appeared to have been under staffed. With the odds against them, they rose to the occasion. The staff was very attentive, courteous and all about customer first. My order was correct and by far the best tasting I've experienced as of late from a restaurant. Keep up the first in class service.
Great service! Those warm cheesy garlic rolls have gotten smaller but are still melt in your mouth delicious. I like the seaside trio with salmon shrimp and Lobster. The shrimp was a bit undercooked but still edible. If you have room, that keylime pie is a great end to a perfect meal.
We hadn’t been to Red Lobster in years. Our food was great, the salmon was amazing. Our server, Mark, went above and beyond and his service was great. He made it a great experience.
Always worth the price!
Edit: we came back after not eating out since March 2020. The lobster i picked out from the tank was very feisty. However, when it got to the table, it was so dry the legs and claws were crumbling in my fingers. Manager comped the meal, and offered something else, which was tasty. We WILL come back, as I think it was a one-time issue.
