I had awesome support from the second I walked in the door. Bought a pair of Ariat boots & Ariat phone case.
(May 26, 2020, 4:23 pm)Absolutely wonderful place. Had to make an exchange on a pair of faulty boots and Assistant Manager Randy Scott exchanged them with no problem and apologized for the trouble. They didn't have my size 13EE in the store, but found it at another location. Had them ship it to my residence. Received a shipment notification 45 minutes after leaving the store. I am very pleased with the service I received.
