Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

I would like to write this review in thanks of the nice and catering workers!!!! Definitely recommend coming by for dinner or lunch the cook the cashier where both wonderful!!!

Diana was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I am pregnant and super finicky. She helped me find something new that I enjoyed and modified it to my liking.
They were very busy with minimal staff. A sign of the times. While the other two restaurants next to them were closed early because limited staff, the employees here were busting their tail to get things done and deliver a good experience.
Diana was running back to the kitchen to help keep things pumping out at a decent time and then helping the girl on the floor. Lastly, she'd run up and greet everyone walking in and take their orders.
Exhausting work but she kept a smile on her face and had a great attitude/personality.
I've loved Peiwei for years. It is difficult to find ones that maintain their consistency with the quality of their food and service.
I'll be back to this location. Skipping two other Peiwei's on my way because this one has done an excellent job.
