I was looking an option to install a car stereo and I find a professional place with a great attitude to do the right thing!!
I have a 2016 Honda Accord stereo that I upgraded and had them put in a Compustar alarm. Jim was my salesperson on this transaction. Even though from reading materials online about certain pieces of equipment which I thought I might need, Jim talked me out of spending unnecessary money on things that may have only benefitted me ever so slightly. What stood out to me about Jim was his honesty and his knowledge of car audio. And with regards to the install, they did fantastic work. Everything looks like it was installed at the factory and the stereo sounds great.
Really appreciate Jim and the team at earmark in Lewisville. Jim and his team have installed a 2 channel BlackVue dash cam in both of our cars. Jim is very polite and knowledgeable. The staff works efficiently and provides high quality work. We will be returning to earmark for some future work!
Took my truck in for an amp adjustment and have my dash tweeters looked at since it didnt appear to be working. Jim is a very knowledgable man who seems to love what he does. After checking out the problem, he showed me what the previous installers did (a business in Dallas that I would definately not recommend and have written a review about them), and adjusted my amp since the previous place didnt do that right as well. Hindsight is 20/20 obviously and should of went with Earmark 3 years ago when I initially bought a system. My system sounds better and Jim showed me what was done and explained everything. Thanks Jim and Earmark for a job well done.
