Great prices because they take care of the rebate - if you buy online from Metro you have to pay a lot more and file the rebate, and wait for weeks. You get the final price here, quick and easy. Customer service is very good. They will offer you all of the "extras" like case and accessories, but I've never had a high-pressure sales pitch. Last time I was there, it was debit cards only, no credit cards, so keep that in mind before you go. May have changed since.
