St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church

The new building is coming. Much much improved with the new father and others.

Unfortunately my grandfather passed recently due to complications of the COVID-19 virus and pandemic.

We had quite the faux pas when my aunt forgot my grandfathers ashes. He was literally late to his own funeral. How embarrassing. The sacristan Assured us that it wasn’t the first nor the last time that this has happened giving our family something to laugh about in the future.

St. Philip gave our family the opportunity to celebrate our Grandfather’s life in a shotgun post pandemic funeral. I didn’t know him very well but I will always remember my time at St. Philip. The facility is very clean and staff warm and welcoming. I see that they are building a new church and I wish them the best in this process.

Dear god, remember us amen.

Friar McDonald is very inspiring and the catechism programs are run by very faithful and also inspiring group.
