This was my first time trying yoga. I loved it. Instructor Anna was wonderful. We bought our 6 classes pass on Groupon. We'll definitely be back.
Such a great studio! Highly recommend if you're new to yoga/nervous starting out. All the teachers make you feel welcome and will help you modify poses to meet your physical needs. I've been coming here off and on since late 2017, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. What I especially love about Blue is that yoga is so much more than just a workout here. It truly is about mind/body connection and getting in touch with yourself.
This is such a relaxing yoga studio. I bought the 10 day pass, and I absolutely loved each and every class I took here. I found the Yin and Yang class and the restorative class to be most beneficial for me (I also do weight lifting and Barre, so I needed a stretch).
They provide all the props you will need, and it's a very clean and tidy studio. The staff was always friendly and the other students made me feel incredibly welcomed.
This is a fantastic spot, and I look forward to continuing classes here.
Blue Anjou rocks! I joined the studio 7 months ago. I loved it so much that I began my yoga teacher-training with them right after. All trainings, special workshops, classes, and teachers are amazing! You feel the love the minute you walk in. It's one of those special places on Planet Earth.
I took a beginner series with a friend at Blue Anjou last spring and loved it. I had never taken a class before so I was a little bit nervous but found it to be quite easy and relaxing. (Tom was a very easy to understand instructor.) The building is an old house that has been turned into a yoga studio and it is always very clean, warm and welcoming. I recently took a prenatal yoga series with Melissa and was so sad when it ended! I loved the close-knit feel of the class, the feedback and information we received from Melissa, and how great it made me feel! I am looking forward to the next prenatal series and I recommend Blue Anjou to anyone who is in the area and is looking for a place to do yoga (try it, you'll like it!)
On a personal note, I had a bit of trouble with my class pack purchase, and Lisa, the owner, was wonderfully professional and helpful in getting it sorted out. She was quick at responding to my need and I appreciated her professionalism.
