(January 17, 2020, 3:41 pm)My husband bought a toy here and when he brought it home I told him I already owned that toy. The next day I returned to the shop with the sealed box and receipt and spoke with the manager. She was very understanding of the situation and allowed me to exchange it for something of equal value. They have a strict no refund and no return policy which is understandable due to the nature of the store. I came in expecting to not be able to do anything but the employee made sure I didn't leave unhappy. I appreciated it greatly!
(December 8, 2019, 9:54 pm)I've had bad experiences visiting shops, but Kristina was really sweet and genuine and cared about making sure I got exactly what would work for me and was very patient and knowledgeable! I will only come back to this location to see her! Marlin was also extremely friendly and personable, I love this location and adore the staff and the general vibe of the store!
(November 29, 2019, 7:53 pm)Kristina helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect products I needed while also making me feel comfortable and giving me advice on any products I had questions about! She was amazing and gave me her full attention while helping me! Amazing store full with anything i could have asked for. Ask for Kristina she was amazing and will be able to help you with anything!!! Again amazing store will never go to another store but this one for anything i need.
(July 27, 2019, 5:33 pm)My husband and I stopped by for the 1st time. Angie was awesome! She made us very comfortable and was extremely helpful with our questions. Angie also was super informative! She showed us how things worked so we could make better choices. We will return. ????
