“I just left the store, and instead of buying a new $50 battery, I left empty-handed. The man working the counter: 1) came from around the counter after checking out another customer and asked if I needed anything. I didn’t ask for this service, he just went out of his way to be attentive to his work and helpful to his customers. 2) based on our short conversation instead of selling me a $50 battery I may or may not need, he hooked the old battery that I had brought in up to two different testing devices, and then informed me he could sell me a new battery but I might be better off contacting my home Internet company (which is what the battery goes to) because my old battery appeared to be fine. This level of customer service lost this company hey single sale today but Gained them a lifelong customer. And if anyone from corporate is reading this and wants to give him a pay raise, I didn’t catch his name but it was a middle-aged black male working the front counter October 1, 2021 at about 4:30 PM.”

The Cottages are tucked back in the perfect location and only 15 minutes away from the airport. Love, love, love the staff! Miguel (maintenance) always takes the time to stop and high-five my kiddo and make sure we’re taken care of. Fran, you feel like you’ve known her forever. We love our little place, just the right amount of privacy and space. We came to the cottages during a tough time, and relieved we did. I’m actually about to sign my 3rd 1 year lease! “Forestbrook Apartments has been a lovely place to live. I've been here for 2 years almost and my building is inspected to make sure its safe for me and my family. I watch the maintenance men going around constantly making sure the complex is clean and the residences are happy. Any time there is an issue such as poor water pressure the maintenance crew is eager to come up and help quickly and they always get the job done. The leasing office personnel are very friendly and make you feel at home in the neighborhood usually learning the names of a lot of the people living in the complex. All around a wonderful place to live.”
