It was simple and easy - you book an appointment let them know what you need they give you recommendations and levels based on price and you come back in a few hours to pick up your car or they have a waiting area inside. My suv was unbearable in this Texas heat and as a realtor I drive all over the metroplex all day and getting tint over my privacy windows that I thought were protective that came with the vehicle when I bought it was a game changer. “An amazing positive experience in every area from customer service, friendliness, very fair pricing and impeccable expertise. Originally I purchased a few sets of speakers “elsewhere”, and called to see about installing them, but to just run the wires back as I was looking to do the rest of the work myself. I spoke to Tim, (later finding out he was the owner) and he had no issue doing this. I was glad as many shops I called would not install unless I purchased from them (although I would recommend purchasing from your installer...as it makes it easier for warranty/process). I was a bit nervous as my boat I purchased new, and needed to cut speaker holes and wanted to insure this was not a shop with young inexperienced installers. I stopped by the shop to speak with them, and was immediately taken back by the stereo systems this company installs. Several of the systems they were actively working on, in all honesty, cost more than I paid for my boat. My concerns were diminished after this. These guys do some major fabrication, custom and amazing work. What amazed me more was Tim spent time discussing what I wanted to do, accomplish, and treated me with time as well as the courtesy as I was spending 10s of thousands and I was only getting a few speakers installed at the time. No up sale, no negativity, just trying to meet my goal. I felt very good about the situation. I almost felt like family after speaking to him. A very nice person! After making my appointment I myself decided to do a complete but modest system, head unit, speakers, amp, sub and added an extra battery. Originally I was going to do a phased approach, like many of us do, thinking to save up money, but after seeing what they do, and knowing my time, I decided to do it all at once. The install was very quick and my installer Jason was amazing! He fit my rear speakers in a place I did not fathom/ nor vision and his marine audio expertise is well beyond my expectation. Side note here. I am an audiophile, and have 4 completely different systems installed in my home. Each designed with the style of music I listen to, as well as a dedicated home studio for composing and mixing music. I am well educated, and my last home living room system exceeded 100k and I installed all myself. Paint, build, design, fabrication, wiring, circuits, tuning and programming….but I do not install/work with marine audio day in day out. I do not know the tricks/pitfalls or have experience installing 100s or 1000s of boat systems. Jason did things I could not see in my own vision and I own the dam boat. I picked all my components on my own, drew up my plan…...When the system was complete they explained it was more than sufficient minus 1 amp that I picked and If I thought differently I could add it. You know what, they were right! My expectations on my system are blown away and they saved me a lot of $$$ It sounds so good. My only complaint is about myself in this process. I picked specific brands on each device/speaker/head unit/amp. Again, it's amazing and above my expectations. My next boat I will just drop off, go over my goals/budget and let them do all of their magic. They have the expertise in this area above mine. They don't install home systems, cars and sell dishwashers. They do marine audio and do it well! All of the staff was so helpful, nice, non judgmental of my modest boat/install each time I stopped by. Thank you so much Scream Marine….and a special thanks to Tim and Jason as I spoke to them the most. If you have a bass boat, small boat, or 500k+ midnight express, I highly recommend this establishment for any marine audio install, small or large.”
