Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

The gentleman working tonight 11/28 was so incredibly sweet. He had the best customer service and made me feel so welcome upon entering this location. I will definitely be going back and giving this location my business in the future

Well instead of flowers I decided on SWEETS!! It worked like a land slide. The lady taking the order in Little Elm was an excellent sales person. She enjoyed her cookies no sharing this present.

the level of the customer service experience that we received from Kevin was above phenomenal. He was so welcoming and well mannered. At the time he was the only one in the store and he was helping us while responding to the oven timers that was going off at the time. He was calm, cool, collected and had everything under control. He allowed us time to make up our minds about what we wanted without being pushy despite all the things that he had going on at the time. The cookies was great as usual and we are so proud to be able to call this tiff treats our own because we live in little elm and used to have to order from the frisco or plano store. Great JOB KEVIN!!!

I was so happy to see a Tiffs Treats in our local area. It’s a little bit tucked away so you have to watch the streets closely when trying to arrive here.

I appreciate the staff at this location a lot and they are always kind and helpful. One visit the system was having issues and they chose to give me my cookies at no cost so that I didn’t have to miss out on my order, or have to wait until their computer systems were back up.

I was astonished. I know that some stores would simply turn the customer away, but they chose to allow me to pickup my order anyway! It was extremely thoughtful of them and I’m grateful.

Pros:
- Great service
- Products are fresh and consistent quality

Cons:
- I wish this location had better signage! I am sure they miss out on so much potential business because people may not realize they are tucked off the corner of the street. I worry that they will leave the neighborhood because they people may not realize we have an amazing cookie shop right around the corner.

It’s hard to keep businesses in our area and I see so many open and then close 8-9 months later. This is a place I would love to see stick around.

Stumbled upon this location after walking on Little Elm beach one night. Tried the red velvet cookie, chocolate chip cookie truffle and brownie. Good after dinner treats!
