Great service and very knowledgeable!

I called on a Sunday and the owner answered right away. I live out in Royse City and Adrian was able to come out the next day. He showed up exactly on time and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong with my EZ-GO RXV golf cart. Not only did he know what was wrong with it he brought the parts to repair the cart and got me up and running in less than 30 minutes! This guy knows golf carts like no other.. He never tried to up-sell me anything. Adrian is super friendly and smart and extremely fair and honest with his pricing. I would recommend him to any body needing to purchase a golf cart or repair one. Platinum Golf Cars is the best and deserves 10 Stars!! Thank you Adrian!!

I wish my first call had been to this business before going through the nightmares at the “shop” I tried before Adrian. He valued my time and made sure he was punctual from our first meeting to my promised return date for my cart after he had finished with it. I felt like my money was being well spent and appreciated. Adrian was honest to give me my options And educate me on the process of my custom job, even if it meant I would go with someone else. This was a well earned five star rating.
