This branch has friendly staff all the time. They don’t have a drive though however their promptness and efficiency makes it up for it.

If you ever need anything go see Melvin! He is so helpful, kind and his customer service is off the chart! What an asset he is to Chase!!! We will Definitely come back to see him in the future!

I felt compelled to write this review about the terrific team at this Chase branch I have been going to the past 3 years. Everyone here is courteous, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Of special recognition is a very delightful teller extraordinaire named SHELBY. Uh wow. She is so kind, so customer-oriented and someone who makes you feel like a member of the Chase family. I am addressed each and every visit by name and she consistently takes care of all needs in record time - always with a smile on her face. She is a top reason I even come to this location. Congratulations on surrounding yourself with stars like SHELBY who make you all shine. I already advised the manager at this branch of how very exceptional she is but please pass my compliments along to her for a job well done and *give her that raise she deserves.

Great service, specially mr Melvin, he is the best and very knowledgeable, and helpful , today I open two new business account .and he knows everything and all process is very smooth . Again thank you Melvin . You are the best .
