Little Elm Public Library

The staff was very helpful!!! It's rare to get great customer service these days.

The Librarian/staff lady was so cheerful and helpful over the phone. She solved my eCloud issue in like 3 minutes. Turns out, I just needed to renew, which she did quickly and efficiently. I haven't visited in person since the pandemic, but it's time for a visit! I just found out that they have a SEED BANK! Before my littles were in school full time, they always enjoyed the children's section and had activities and interesting books. I can't wait to take them in again.

Vast collection of books - fiction and non-fiction available. There is a seed bank which we loved immediately. You could check out up to 8 varieties of seeds, grow them, Harvest and return seeds to library. Loved the concept and services being offered by this library. Kudos to the library admin staff.

How great is it to have a library open on Sunday? It was quiet, clean, well stocked and the employees were friendly and helpful. You can use their computer or bring your own. You can print things. There are books, audio books, DVD and great places to sit and read or study. Little Elm does everything so very well.

The librarians are friendly and patient. The librarian I met on our first visit was genuinely delighted to give us library cards. It made my day.

The people who curate the books here are truly book people, real readers. Yes, it's on the small side, but bigger isn't necessarily better. I live in Frisco but I prefer the Little Elm library for its quality over quantity. They have the good stuff.
