"Greatest pre-sale customer service ever. Jerry is very knowledgable about all facets of the Falcon Ranchero. I had asked a larger auto parts company a question and after numerous emails and three 'customer service techs" still hadn't gotten an answer. Jerry answered my question with one email!!!!!
