Garret and Ryan’s professionalism was outstanding! We had what we thought was just a leaky roof that could just be patched but after further inspection with Upright we found out that it was much more than that. Upright helped us throughout the whole process and did an outstanding job of repairing our once leaky roof. Their attention to detail and the thoroughness of the roofers was remarkable. We highly recommended Upright to our friends and family and would recommend them to anyone!

After the hail storm, my insurance agent recommended Upright Roofing for roof and gutter replacement, fence and garage door repair. If I could give this company 10 stars I would for professionalism, service focus, responsiveness and quality. The contractor, Sam, assessed the loss and worked with the insurance adjuster. He was on site all day to oversee the new roof installation. Additionally, he pointed out areas that had not been constructed properly by the builder and fixed those as well. He secured the vendors for the garage door replacement and fence repair. He patiently addressed all our questions. He was responsive to our calls. After the job was finished, he made sure everything was just as it had been before the repairs. Also, the old garage door motor couldn’t carry the weight of the new garage door and went out on Friday. Sam arranged for the garage door company to bring a new motor the next day which was Saturday. I also recommend Chuck Jones with RollRite Garage Door Repair Sales & service. Great service by both companies!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Ryan & Garrett! I called them late one evening after a storm came through N Ft Worth and broke through our skylight. They came out early that morning and sealed it up until they were able to replace our roof and skylight. When I called with questions, they always answered the phone. They made sure to meet the insurance adjuster to ensure all the damages were taken care of. We did not have gutters so we went ahead and had upright add a new gutter system to the entire perimeter of our home!
In addition to our roof, we were discussing adding a patio to our backyard. They provided a quote that was super competitive to quotes we already had and decided to have Upright handle everything all at one time since the patio roof would be tied into our existing roof! We had some concrete that sprayed on a back window screen during the slab pour. They could have replaced just the one but they went above and beyond and replaced all our back screens so they would match. The patio is gorgeous and we can't wait to spend these upcoming warmer days and evenings out on our new outdoor oasis!
