We probably will not choose a Tru hotel again because we need more space (two dogs & a baby) but this hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly!

We sat in the lobby for a few minutes while my partner loaded out our room and noticed Danielle chatted with any guests that came through. The rest of the hotel team said hello every time I passed them, too. Aside from us needing a bigger room - everything was wonderful! If I were traveling alone, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful property that I visited for a small work meeting. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and it gave me a homey feel. The Assistant General Manager Andre’s customer service is immaculate and I would give ten stars if I could. He offered us fresh coffee and very tasty water with Lemon. If your reading and you decide to stay you will not be disappointed.

Clean hotel. No carpet and very minimal feel in the rooms but it had everything you need. Liked that they had the big shampoo conditioner and body wash IN the shower (like they are attached). We forgot body wash so this was very helpful without having to ask for multiple small bottles (like other hotels).

The hotel was very clean. The bed comfortably. The staff was very friendly, Danielle was very helpful and friendly made us feel right at home. They welcomed our small dog. There were No kind of smell which was great, because a over perfume clean smell is just as bad as a bad odor smell. The hotel is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

The staff members were friendly and very accommodating, particularly Ryan, who graciously and immediately agreed to go to my room to check for a valuable item that I thought I’d left when I checked out. Ryan took my phone number, and within a few minutes called me back to inform me that the item wasn’t in the room, but that he would continue to look for it. Later when I arrived home, I found the item and called back to let him know that I had located it in a different bag, and to thank him for his help. He said, “Great, I’m so glad you found it, God bless you!”

This was the easiest I have ever bought a vehicle . Tony was very helpful getting all the information we needed over the phone. Once we got there Amadou Sow was just as helpful. We were greeted right away no wait. The vehicles that we were interested in were ready to test drive. Once we return the paperwork was ready to be filled out with no hassle. Awesome experience!

Let me start off saying I Love Eastern Automotive Group. I walked in on a Sunday just to look at cars and I end up coming back Tuesday on Election Day just to drive off the lot with a brand new Hyundai Sonata. I’m happy with my purchase. They took there time with me and worked with what I had. I’m happy and I will definitely come back here for my next car for sure. I want to shout out some good people in there because there now my go to guys. Tony and Amadou thank you for all you did because without you guys I’ll still be driving in a car I didn’t want. Thanks again and I highly Recommend this place.

Not really in need of new wheels, just want an upgrade. Found a car on autotrader from here. Communication with the business was fast. The day after initial contact I set up a test drive. Process was smooth. Current COVID atmosphere makes times tuff; everyone here is following state mandates, that was nice. The car price was good. Final numbers were exactly as posted online/nothing added. The finance offers were good. Really didn't feel any pressure. We may come back to get that upgrade. Good experience, thanks guys!

Excellent experience.. I’ve never been in and out of a dealership so fast with GREAT RESULTS!!! Jared Davis was my salesman.. Awesome dude.. Very knowledgeable about the cars.. I came to Eastern with my brother to purchase a vehicle and it was a wonderful experience from the beginning of the process to the end. The salesman, Jared Davis was Awesome! He was friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. We were very indecisive but he stayed professional and did not get frustrated with us. He continued to work diligently until we found the perfect vehicle within our budget that met our needs and desires. The general manager came out to meet us and was just as friendly and pleasant. I loved the overall atmosphere of the showroom. Everyone was wearing their mask and they are definitely following the social distancing guidelines. I would highly recommend Eastern Laurel to my family and friends. If you are in need of a vehicle, they will take good care of you regardless of your situation.
