I had an exceptional visit with Dr Marks today! He explained the origin of my pain instead of just prescribing opioids. He advised and educated me on ways to prevent pain increases. Took so much time to explain my problem.
Staff was friendly and helpful from making my appointment until Checking out!

Fantastic experience! I usually absolutely dread going to any medical office because of past experiences (we all hate playing the waiting game) but I was pleasantly surprised. His staff was very attentive to my needs and informative; they answered all questions with kindness and patience. It was a very pleasant and welcoming environment. I was greeted by Dr. Marks with a wealth of knowledge that I had been missing from other doctors. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends.

Dr Marks is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He takes his time with each and every patient. He doesn’t talk over you he really listens and he really cares. His staff is second to none there always so helpful and courteous. They have never been rude to me either. If you want a Doctor that cares then Dr Marks is your man if you want one that will just rush you out of his office then keep looking. The only bad thing about Dr Marks is he is located in Dallas and I live in Kilgore.
