Prestonwood is an amazing community. They embody the belief that relationships matter. Led by Audrey Denman, Executive Director, their team is managed well and patients receive excellent care.

We placed my grandmother here after considering several other options, and we couldn’t be happier! The executive director Audrey is incredibly communicative and transparent, and we truly feel that my grandmother is getting the best care available!

This place is great! My 91 year old dad stayed 2 weeks to be treated for a blood infection. The experience was awesome from the time we checked in until discharge, even on how you check in at the front desk. All the nurses were helpful and kind. My dad almost wanted to stay. For any other future skilled nursing facility issues will be coming here.

If I were able to leave more than a 5 ⭐️ review I would certainly do just that! Such wonderful care and all with giving hearts! My sister was there recovering from back surgery. She had her ups and downs. They all showed her patience and kindness. As they did to me too! Mere words could never express the depth of our gratitude! From maintenance to the nurses and the doctors were incredible! Nothing in life is perfect, I will say they were perfect for us! May God bless their hearts and hands as they care for those in need just as they blessed us! Many, many thanks!
