After such a long and stressful journey to find a new car, I'm extremely happy that I found this place. Jose Campos is definitely the definition of professional, friendly! He found me a great fit and even drove me home and back so I could drop off my other car. I always thought it was too cheesy to think of dealerships and staff treating you like family, today I found out there are still great people out there who go out of there way to help you! Highly recommend this place! Ask for Jose, you won't regret it! Also Francisco Perez my Fellow Marine, the best help and advice I could ever ask for. See this Marine as well! Amazing Overall! I'm so happy this place exist. I wont go anywhere else in the future for cars.

This is our second vehicle we buy from Toyota Plano in less than a year. We love our Sales person, Ethan. Not too pushy and very helpful. Our both Finance people were good too. Ben helped me get GAP and still stay under my budget.
Just walking into Toyota of Plano you feel the friendliness. You also don't get bombarded with salespeople like at other places.

The service that I received while purchasing a car from Toyota of Plano was exceptional. Ali was very knowledgeable, helping, and professional in explaining the process. He answered all my questions and helped make the best choice of vehicle without pressuring me in any way. Sal was also very knowledgeable and professional. He also welcomed all questions and fully explained the finance process. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than I had at Toyota of Plano and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car.

My experience was great. I had to unexpectedly buy a car after getting in a wreck. Scot was AMAZING! He went above and beyond. He got me EVEN more than what I thought I could get at an even better price than I thought was possible. He really listened to what I wanted and made it a point to meet the needs I had. I felt like he really looked at me as an individual and not just a sale. He told me how much he appreciated having the opportunity to help me. He even helped me get my rental car back to Enterprise. My finance guy was great too but I forget his name. I am glad I chose to buy a Toyota at Toyota of Plano. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

He truly took care of my family's car issues. From the moment we reached out to Toyota of Plano, he ensured we understood the process and how he was going to take care of it.

I was actually standing in another Toyota dealership's lot when we called Toyota of Plano and Rich answered for service. The other dealership made no attempt to help us and couldn't give us a definitive timeline on when they could help us. While I was on the phone with Rich he enrolled my cell number into the automated system and setup the appointment to have our car serviced. The next morning I received a phone call from him promptly to inform us our car was ready.

We are a military family, traveling from out of state. His personal touch gave my entire family a piece of mind about our car's issues.

We are loyal Toyota owners and it is folks like Richard Price that will keep us that way for years to come.
