They were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure and follow-up care were smooth, and I felt confident throughout the process. The staff was friendly and efficient as well. I highly recommend Dr. Chad McDuffie as an outstanding ENT specialist.

(September 9, 2025, 1:47 pm)Dr. Mcduffie was amazing, as were his staff. The doc was very personable, listened attentively and spent a great deal of time with me. Answered all my questions.
The front of office staff was equally amazing and friendly. I apologize if I get the name wrong, but I believe her name is Ashley, who assisted with my check-in/check-out. I really enjoyed speaking to her. Again, super friendly and very welcoming.
Entire experience was A+++
