(August 24, 2022, 5:06 pm)I recently ordered lights to go into my home. Received the lights hired an electrician to put them up and one of the lights was missing parts. I went to Home Depot customer service in Prosper and Michelle assisted me. From the start she was very helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to try to help me, to include calling customer service. In the end I had to order a new light but the effort she provided to me was phenomenal. Thanks so much Michelle for your excellent customer service.

(May 10, 2022, 7:58 pm)These young men, Davin and Cody, demonstrated what customer service is all about at the Prosper Home Depot. The location for the pavers we were looking for had very few left. Davin checked inventory, hopped on the forklift and with the help of Cody replenished the paver pallet and set aside the amount we wanted so that we could pick up later. All in a matter of minutes! They are a great asset to this Home Depot and their parents should be very proud! Awesomeness plus!!
(November 5, 2021, 3:16 am)This new Home Depot was very well stocked and looking pretty clean. I wonder how long it will last? All the employees were cheerful and eager to help. Even the gal at the outdoor checkout counter was cheerful despite the cold weather that day.
