Good honest service, and help. I have been going here for parts for 5 years, always helpful and the Big Boss is always there to answer my questions. Example: Have old boat that has obsolete steering cables (one froze up), he had a part that saved me from having to replace both cables and steering assy (easily 700$ saved). Parts guy is a good man, I always try and make him smile.. They are busy, and i do all my own engine work, but they always stop to answer any questions I have..

I called to have an oil seal ordered for my Tohatsu and William went out of his way to make sure I got the part I needed very quickly. He went out of his way for me when I didn't even ask him to do so and that's the key for customers to return back for more business. I couldn't be happier with Alliance.

I have been taking my boat to Alliance for ten years and have always had a tremendous experience with Stan, William and the rest of the team. Very knowledgeable group. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than I might like, but that's because I wait to bring it in when everyone else is ... I need to plan ahead and start getting it in by mid-April so I can be on the water in May.

Before I took my boat to Alliance I was sceptical. I’m glad I decided to take my boat them them after all. I have a pontoon boat that had a damaged rail that need to be welded AND an oil leak. Before they did the work the called me with how much it was going to be. I told them to do the work. After work was completed they educated on there findings, showed me the part and told me how to extend the life of the engine. I took our boat out for the first time yesterday. Honestly it runs better than the day I bought it used off another person. I could care less what all these reviews say. They have my business for life. USE THEM!! YOU WONT BE SORRY!!
