Christian Brothers Automotive Roanoke

Great place with awesome customer service! They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I made an appointment and when I arrived they were very busy, so I was concerned about the wait time. However, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend these folks!

My husband and I brought in our cars for the annual state emissions testing. We had and excellent experience using Christian Brothers Automotive in Roanoke. Appointment scheduling was easy. I was able to get back to back appointments the following week of my calling. The waiting room is spotless and the overstuffed chairs and couches were comfortable. There was a Christian radio station playing quietly in the background. We felt as though we were sitting is someone's living room. They have self serve Keurig coffee available and the bathroom was bright and spotlessly clean. Our cars were inspected within minutes of our checking in at the front desk and I received a text as soon as each inspection had been completed. Everything was excellent. Thanks to Christian Brothers this rather tedious annual requirement was actually enjoyable!

I came in last minute after work and Christian Brothers were able to do an oil change on both my vehicles with great friendly knowledgeable service. Assisted me with questions and pointed me in the right direction to fix my other mechanical issues. Recommend to all, they go above and beyond everytime I need their services.

This shop is by far the best I’ve ever been to , first an foremost the customer service is amazing, they are very knowledgeable when it comes the needs of first time customers, I believe I spoke with the manager Mike , he was super sweet an help full when it came to my needs of service.
He offered shuttle , he made sure I felt comfortable with it being my first time using the shop . I will most definitely recommend to my friends a family , you guys are the best .

I love their services. The staff at both locations near me 114 Roanoke and Old Denton Ft Worth always treat me fairly and always been friendly. I have never been over priced like other competitors. For at least 4 years, I have been a faithful customer since moving to the area and I love the relationship they have with, not only myself, but all their customers. Their mechanics know their stuff and will keep you well informed every step of the way. Kudos to the entire Owner, Staff, and Team. You gals and guys are awesome!
