This dealership customer service is great! The level of attention that is given to my concerns are high. The communication of the service team and parts team is great. Most importantly everyone was very patient with understanding my concerns. This is why I drive to Sanger to get my car serviced.
I visited Glenn Polk to look at a truck that I spotted online. I was fortunate enough to have Tim help me. Tim was fantastic to work with. This is not your typical dealership experience. First time buyer who needed a reliable truck for work and basic necessities. I didn't know exactly what I was wanting and I didn't want to break the bank by having too much of a large payment. But after a long conversation about what I needed the vehicle for and what kind of truck I was wanting we settled on a 2022 Chevy Silver ado and actually felt like I was getting a fantastic deal. Jerrod the finance manager made sure he did everything he could to keep me informed about the whole buying process as well as what was needed moving forward. The whole environment there is alive and it shows that these people care more about just selling you a car but rather actually helping you get a necessity that every one needs. Cynthia who helped in explaining the whole process and making me feel welcomed right through the door made my first time buying a car one to remember. Went in for Oil Change and the Service Tech found some additional items that needed to be addressed (Battery Low CCA and Filter Damaged). Service Advisor communicated the issues and potential options. Service went well and look forward to working with the Service Advisor (Chris) again.
