The Trails of Sanger

I have lived here 6 years and absolutely love this place! Last Sunday there was a fire above me, it was a total loss. As they were banging on my door to get me out I was terrified! I grabbed my Toy Chiweenie 8 months old (Maverick) and started out the door as flames were coming down on top of us. I was praying at the same time for everyone involved. My neighbor grabbed me because I am disabled and did not have my walker, she got me across the street as the pads of my feet were burning from the cement. We stood there looking at the fire and my Manager Amanda Johnson comes from her own apartment that was also connected to the fire screaming for me and Maverick. This woman is unbelievable, she is a power house to say the least! She has always been here for me and her amazing team can't say enough about them either. If your looking for a good apartment complex's and the staff that truly cares it's the Trail's of Sanger! They stay on top of everything. Amanda had us in a model that night, making sure we were good. She went back to her apartment that smelled like burnt popcorn after taking care of us. Her husband Stevie was checking on us as well. With no sleep and sore throats and headaches she was up the nexts morning slaying the dragons for us again. This is home to me, we all care for our neighbors and look out for each other. As I was returning into my apartment to see it after the fire, my friend and neighbor helped me to get some belongings for the night. We went to leave and she turned to the front door and said a prayer. She also was involved in the fire and her pregnant daughter, who is two months away from having her baby. They were driving looking for me as well to make sure I was good and put me in their air condition car. This is how we roll out at the Trail's of Sanger! God Bless🙏

These are the best apartments and team you will find. I’ve lived here for almost 3-4 years now, can’t remember lol, and there’s a reason I keep renewing my lease. I love this team and this complex. It’s so quiet and the apartment are in excellent condition. If you need something done maintenance is right there helping. Amanda is the manager and let me just say she will go above and beyond to help you. She has been so understanding and caring with situations I ran into. Lexi is the sweetest, most welcoming person, anytime I call the office she always answers the phone with an excellent attitude. They truly are a wonderful complex. Don’t listen to any of these bad reviews on here… they’re all just negative nancies :)

Best apartments I’ve ever lived in by far! I wouldn’t be moving if I wasn’t getting a house! Management is so sweet and communicative, maintenance always gets to you within a day of submitting a request.

I’ve only lived here for a few months but so far the management and maintenance crew has always been on top of things and very helpful. It’s a nice quiet place to live 🤗 I like it very much so far
