Mr. Rick is honestly the most understanding doctor, he talks to you with the most respect. His nurse and receptionist are the best. Hands down a really good guy.

Was my kids doctor from birth. Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and really cared about my kids. I have to change doctors because they don't take my insurance anymore.
This past year the front desk lady hasn't been as on top of things as she usually is ...(not getting back to me over questions, not putting in requests for meds, or forgetting to get documents I've asked for...) it's not all the time but it's been enough for me to be concerned.
Only thing I had issues with was the fact that they're in Sanger and I'm in Denton, had to redue same excessive paperwork every year, and if there's an emergency there's no appointments set aside so your child can be seen in a timely manner.
Overall it's a wonderful place to go to for kids and adults.
