After doing some research online I submitted a request to be contacted to find out more about the vehicle. That same night I received a text message from Cris at Reserve Auto group. We set up an appointment the next day. Once I arrived was greeted by the staff, my husband and I were offered a beverage while we wait. After meeting Cris and taking the Mercedes for a test drive. I liked the car but wanted to tour the warehouse. This place is huge and has an amazing inventory. My husband and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Long story short I saw another SUV and I fell in love. Test drove the BMW X3 and the rest is history. Cris really listened to what I wanted a worked really hard to get me where I needed to be. His customer service was amazing and I walked away with my keys and a huge smile on my face. Thanks Cris for being so patient and answering all our questions.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with buying a vehicle. All the employees there are friendly, Christian Ruiz the sales guy I worked with was absolutely amazing. Always answered the phone when I called or returned my call pretty quickly when he was busy with other customers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone being they have great customer relations and a wide variety of vehicles to choose from catering to everyone’s needs. like I said hands down one of the easiest and best car buying experience I have had to date. It was a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Reserve Auto Group. The Staff responded quickly to all my questions about the vehicle. The financing went through quickly as they shopped for the best rate for me. Shipping the vehicle was arrange immediately after financing and was delivered on time from Texas to Phoenix , AZ as promised. Thank you, Ian Stout. The BMW M3 is an amazing machine.

First the buying process: Absolutely seamless, from the time I saw the listing online to the time I drove the car off the lot was less than 24 hours. Questions answered and information delivered quickly and clearly, and the overall service experience was top notch. Since we live less than 3 hours from the dealership, we drove up to the lot to test drive the vehicle we bought, and to put eyes on a lot of the others we saw on their website. And if you’ve seen the inventory on their website, you know it’s worth the drive. Also a month later, I’m still in love with the car

The second part, which I feel is the most important, and also the most impressive, was how they handled an issue caused by a software glitch during the purchase. The exact specifics of the issue aren’t necessarily important, but how it was handled I believe is. During a time, where as a team, they were in the process of taking over the day to day operation of the dealership, when there’s a million other things going on, Davis, Shane, and Duy each at different times took time out of their schedule to make sure to prioritize fixing the issue with a solution that was most beneficial for me as a customer. Shane would answer emails even in his off time to make sure everything got squared away. To me that says a lot about a business, when there is a problem(especially one that turned out to be pretty complex), how it’s handled and how you’re treated as a customer by this team puts them at the top of my list.

In LOVE! I should start by saying I’ve never purchased a car in a state not close enough to drive to so this was a first, but Cristian was amazing at making me feel comfortable, walking me through the process, sending photos/videos and answering all of my questions. We had this deal done in less than a week (from first contact to delivery). Will def consider reaching out again for my next purchase and refer Cristian and Reserve Auto to anyone I know that’s on the market for a new car, great service and a seamless transaction.
