A great place for a morning or evening run. It's close to 3.4 miles each way and part of it is around Lewisville lake.
Nice trail for walking or riding your bike. Great view of the lake.
If you are an adventure lover, This this your escape to wilderness. I have been The Colony resident for a good amout of time but I came to know about this jewel much later as it hidden. I saw snake, bobcat, all the birds mentioned in the information board. It was beautiful. Also one unleashed dog. Beautiful blackberry plant thoughout the trail.
P.S : Month is May. Beautiful wildflowers all over the place
Great park and trail. Its probably nicer when the lake is full.
Nice gravel trail to walk/run or just to get out into nature. There's also a children's park and a little tool station to fix your bicycle.
