Great job all around by Randy, Hank, and the entire Bravas crew. These guys know what they are doing! It was new construction so they were in on the original design phase and were able to pivot nicely as we made necessary adjustments. The internet setup has worked great with stellar bandwidth throughout the house and outdoor patio area. Since my wife and I both work out of the house, the internet setup was key for us. The Samsung TV's and Sonos system they recommended / installed are amazing. I'm especially impressed with the Sunbrite TV Randy suggested I go with for the outdoor space. All around Bravas delivered an incredible system - very pleased!
Our whole experience with Bravas from the initial consultation with Jack Haight to the installation of new TV's and also some improvements to our internet setup has been a pleasure. Rob was a genius at figuring out our somewhat complicated system and made it look easy. They also were prompt and professional and made every effort to really get us what we wanted as well as some things we didn't even know were available. I would highly recommend them!
This company is seriously the best in getting all the smart tv integration in my house. Chris Claybon is so professional and executes our projects with precision. When I moved into my house in Westlake, we had the original media company (who was NOT Bravas) who orig set up our speakers, cable, lighting, shades, doorbell, Crestron system and it was an absolute careless patchwork disaster that we endured for 3+ long years. Bravas eventually (thank God) acquired the company and once they took over, Chris and Robert have streamlined my home so well, I am literally shocked. I can finally relax without problems. Crestron, media’s and televisions w WiFi are finally streamlined and the systems work without issues. These guys work so intense and strive for perfection. They hire high quality, knowledgeable individuals and I am grateful and very satisfied.
Professional. Polite. Courteous. Competent. Chris Claybon managed my entire system (along with his lead tech Robert who I will talk about later in a wonderful way)upgrade and install. Outstanding A previous installer markedly botched my Crestron/McIntosh/B&W/Electronic Shades/HVAC/Lighting full house system. Chris came to the rescue. He approached the concern with a calm demeanor, and actually listened to me as if I really had something to say. He listened intently, and methodically figured it out. He stayed in the game, and relentlessly figured out everything. And he was available to talk with or text day or night, Saturday and Sunday. He was always pleasant. Always available. And the entire house is flawless. So what did I do now that I had confidence and was loving my system? I upgraded even more, because I had the confidence that it would be done well. Robert, the head tech of my house project, is a genius. Everything problem he came across, he solved. He never was flustered, and this was a big project. A tough project. It works flawlessly. He is very precise, and I honestly think that he does it that well, because he sets his own standards. And the customer benefits from his expertise. This is one hell of a team. These two as team mates truly are incredibly competent. And their ancillary staff, Drake, Carter, et al are true support staff. Just fantastic.
One word. Amazing. From great prices to great customer service to an awesome job of install. I would recommend anyone who looking to do small or large call them first.
