I've never really had an issue and I got there fairly frequently. I also completely disagree with the people that say the servings are small. “I love my apartment. Management has been responsive and incredibly helpful. They honored the one month off from the previous management company. My only issue is the neighbors upstairs are loud at night and this is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, I work 7am-8pm. When it’s 11pm and there are kids running back and forth with their pets it is frustrating. I understand it is apartment leaving so I have not complained to management. However, it is getting a little out of hand. Other than that, the building is incredibly clean. Management is amazing and sooo helpful. Location is perfect. Olivian feels like home!! I don’t think I would renew when the time comes if the noise upstairs persists.”

We went through drive-thru but my son needed to use the bathroom so we went in. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned but the dining room was overall clean. The drive-thru was busy so maybe they hadn't had a chance to check the bathrooms.”

Their motherly instincts prompted them to give advice on alternative methods of doing strenuous household activities that caused flareups in my back as they worked to get me better. Honestly, I would prefer to spend a small amount of extra time explaining what I want, knowing I am at a place where I am going to get quality and value, rather than being able to just spew out a few words and hope that the tailor understands what I want. However, evidently they don't have sufficient oven capacity for both delivery orders and dine-in if both are busy it took about thirty minutes to get our pizza. They did compensate with some free bread...after I asked about the delay after about 25 minutes or more. When you have small, active kids, sitting and waiting 30 minutes for food to arrive can be challenging.”
