Trophy Club Animal Hospital

My cat Marvel broke his foot about 3 weeks ago. He has to go in and get his splint changed once a week for about 6 weeks. Yesterday a fill in vet helped our cat and things didn’t go smoothly.

Dr Speed knew that I was concerned and upset about what happened with the other vet. She called me first thing this morning to talk about what happened and checked on Marvel. She listened to me and to my side of the story. She was very kind, compassionate, and validated how I was feeling.

Things happen sometimes and I feel like the way businesses handle these situations says a lot about them. This is especially important with a real life pet who is a part of our family. I was so impressed and grateful with how responsive she was to my concerns and helping to make things right. This is a great place and I would highly recommend them!

When I brought Mave in for her first appointment we arrived on the wrong day: very on brand for me. They were able to get me in anyway! The wait time was very short. All of the staff that I met was really sweet to her. They paid attention to her body language and behavior. The appointments were as quick as they could be. An awesome vets office all around!

Dr. Speed is the best!
I moved away to San Antonio where a 3 year battle with Mange (prevalent in the area) and subsequently a staph infection would begin. Other vets in San Antonio and in the DFW area would only give us cookie cutter service. I suspect this led to the staph infection with overuse of antibiotics. They essentially refused to take a sample to identify the problem.

When we came to Trophy Club Animal Hospital, it was a totally different story. Dr. Speed offers a personal touch and expertise! She helped get my 50 pound Harley-Quinn back in shape. Months later, my girl has a lush coat again and is so much happier! I really cannot thank Dr. Speed and the staff at Trophy Club Animal Hospital enough!

This place is immaculate!
First of all, their team implements a double check process to ensure minimal errors and thorough oversight by Dr. Speed. That is crucial to providing peace of mind knowing your pets are in very good hands. The technicians are constantly challenged to learn and grow in the profession. They are all so well trained to the point where the clinic seems like a well ran naval ship!
Cleanliness is the up most priority 24/7 while maintaining timely service.
Everyone is very kind hearted, Dr. Speed is a miracle worker! She figured out my mini Aussies issue and got him back to full health within 72 hours. She absolutely LOVES the field of veterinary medicine to the point where you can tell she does it for fun at home.
My dogs actually look forward to going to see her..... at the vet! That says it all!
