(April 2, 2022, 5:07 pm)Above and Beyond Amazing Front Office Team!! We applied here after a few conversations with Lori, the Community Manager, and got approved with conditions that we would have to pay an extra deposit of one months rent up front because of our credit amounts. Lori in the front office heard the hesitation in my voice and after we got off the phone she worked for a few hours and helped us out tremendously. She went above and beyond for us, some future tenants that she has never even met in person. We were extremely excited to move to the Vineyards before and now, because of Lori, we are ecstatic. She has made what would have been a nerve-racking and stressful experience, an absolutely stress free and easy process. We can't begin to thank her and the other people in the front office for what they have done for us. We look forward to moving in and wish we were already there!
(March 18, 2022, 11:56 am)This complex is SERIOUSLY the best. At other complexes, I have dealt with nightmare neighbors, nightmare management, nightmare maintenance— that is absolutely NOT the case here. I feel safer here than any other complex— not only because of the kind neighbors, but I also have a security system that guests always “oooh”s at when I have visitors. Works perfectly!
The office staff is very kind and helpful, Erika helped me sign my lease and was great throughout the entire process! Most times if I call the office, Lori answers and is always just as sweet and helpful. She even gave me an update as to when maintenance would come by today because I work from home!
I have to brag on maintenance too— Isidro is the most common one who helps me out and is seriously one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. He always has a smile on his face and is so quick to come out to handle any requests you have, as well as efficient in handling the requests!
Neighbors are so so kind, considerate, and most of all quiet which is a huge deal to me. I’ve even gone out to grab my mail a couple times we and someone leaving for work will yell good morning from across the road, how nice is that?
***I’m absolutely not compensated for this review in any way, just wanted to say if you’re considering renting here, it’s a far better experience than I’ve had anywhere else!
(October 22, 2021, 8:02 pm)I love my apartment and enjoy my patio and front porch. The maintenance supervisor is extremely helpful. The office ladies make you feel like family. I’m very happy and blessed to live here
(May 5, 2021, 2:56 pm)I have been living here for a little over 2 years now and I have been extremely happy with how the apartment complex is run and the general living space. In the past, I have lived at places where management is very unresponsive, and didn't seem to care about its residents. However, living here I feel like management cares and respects the residents. Erica is always helpful and super sweet any time I interact with her. Maintenance is VERY quick to respond to any issues I have. Fellow residents are very kind and I have never had a bad neighbor. This is truly a wonderful place to live.
