It is something that we look forward to every week! Imagine looking forward to working out! He will meet you where you are at and gradually help you every step of the way to a healthier lifestyle. It does require dedication and hard work from you but he is committed 110% to your goal and will help you achieve it.

(June 18, 2015, 7:08 pm)I was very skeptical about getting a personal trainer, but I wasn't seeing results, or getting motivated on my own. Luke is awesome! He quickly figured out how to keep me interested and motivated.
I "thought" I knew how to work out, but, I was pretty much doing everything wrong.
And probably the biggest thing for me, he set me straight on my nutrition.
