“I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention. Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.”

He puts the patients needs first. He really makes it an enjoyable experience. Dr Mathews has the best office staff. They are totally professional and responsive to the patient.
