(August 14, 2020, 8:22 pm)We drove over from Phoenix to purchase a 2020 Acadia from your dealership. It was well worth the drive for the excellent deal we received. Your staff made it a great experience from beginning to end. We found our Acadia on the GMC website, made an online inquiry on Tuesday 11 Aug, and almost immediately heard back from Brianna Soto who answered a few question and had Daniel Mata give us a call right away. Daniel answered all our questions and provided us a quote in short order. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and as I previously said it was a great deal so we drove over Tuesday afternoon and met with Daniel early on Wednesday. He was great to work with and made our buying experience easy and enjoyable. Likewise, Enrique Mendoza was great to work with on the financial side. You have a great staff of whom I am sure you are proud. They all deserve a fat on the back. We recommend your dealership highly and would do it all again.
(August 14, 2020, 11:47 am)Santiago was my service representative. He was very kind when I scheduled the appointment and when I came for my appointment. He was eager to answer my questions and concerns. He also helped me carry out 2 boxes of GMC rubber floor mats which was very kind and loaded them into my vehicle as well. Great service very happy.
(July 16, 2020, 6:30 pm)After receiving my truck back, I now give this Shamaley Team a 5 star rating. Sal, Santiago, Tony and the lady, who I forget her name sorry, who processed my warranty, did deliver as promised.
Mr. Castanon (service manager) and his team, offer courteous service and work on improving on a daily basis. After I elevated an issue, they help me resolve it directly with GM, kudos to their team for their help.

The salesman Juan Corona did an amazing job on our car buying experience. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very professional in the entire process.
