As usual, Brakes Plus came through for me. I made an appointment to figure out why my brake warning lights came on in my Mazda. By the time my appointment came around, of course, the warning light was off. I brought it in anyway with my son and Mike went ahead and looked everything over and even topped off my brake fluid free of charge. I appreciated the service and it allowed me to explain the concept of customer retention to my 7 year old son. Well done, Mike and Brakes Plus!

Went in for the first time and employees were very respectful, nice, and friendly. They were also noticeably friendly with each other which tells me they have a great working atmosphere and culture. They spoke and were eager to assist. That’s great customer service. They told me my options and did not pressure me to get services I didn’t need. I’ll be back. Highly recommended!
