Patton Brothers Water Heaters

We had a awesome experience! James, our technician, was excellent! He came early and assessed our problem. Then, James did a superb task installing our new water heater. He had a pleasant personality, was knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him and his company!

Caden was direct with the project that needed completed; sewer reconstruction and exterior clean out installation to prevent further problems since I had a clearly ruptured sewer pipe. There were a couple surprises during the job but the crew handled them well and completed the work in a timely manner. Troubleshooting was done and further work was required but again it was handled. The crew leads Tim and Casey were professional and cared about what would work best to fix my issues. Overall good experience, would call again but hope I won’t have to.

I needed a new water heater installed into my garage. When I contacted them for a quote they requested me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the new heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted their offer. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The job-site was clean after completion as well. I would hire them again.

Howard and Dalton were both in our home. Polite, informative and professional throughout the visits. Made attempt to keep costs minimal but quality was outstanding. Madelyn in the office was respectful on call. Kept us up to date on when people would arrive and never kept us waiting - phones answered fast. Hope never to need them again but know who to call if I do! Thanks

Showed up same day I needed them - which is fantastic. The guys who arrived were the best! They were honest and didn't perform any unneeded work. They finished in under an hour and charged a fair price! recommended!
