“5 star experience today. 7-11 offers a loyalty reward program. I receive text messages on special pricing on gas & store products. Again the catch to these special prices is YOU MUST ENROLL in loyalty program to get special prices. I received a text yesterday 11/5/19 that on 11/6/19 if you purchase any coffee you receive 20 points plus 20 cents off per gallon for fuel. This is a bargain especially since gas is high. Walked in & was greeted by cashier, which I take is management. I asked about coffee & he offered & make a fresh batch just for me. Great customer service. The credit card machine was have issues not they cashier remained calm & patient and apologized. I noticed a line built up & told him I'd wait & attend them on different register. Again apologized and was patient. Issues was resolved. Again great customer service”

“Very reliable and professional company. My husband has worked here for around 5 years now and they have been awesome to us. Ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. After having my son I was home alone with him and had a seizure. Finally managed to find the number to the office, as my husband wasn't getting service in the basement of the building he was working in. The ladies were very nice and understanding, especially since Im sure i sounded rather off and probably hard to understand. Within minutes my husband was tracked down and sent home. His boss has never given him a hard time when he has needed to stay home or leave early when my epilepsy has gotten out of control or during pregnancy and after birth complications. They care about more than just money. They care about their employees and families too. To me, that speaks volumes. Now, thats personal experience. When speaking of the company from more of a professional stance, they are very "by the book" when it comes to the work they produce and the safety of their crews. Highly recommend, not just because of the personal experience I've had with them or my husband being employed by them but because, they truly are a great company all around.”

“My wife and I went there with two grand kids for about 5 hours. They charge $12/adult and $10 per child ($44 total). Although it did not "break the bank", I can imagine there are many families who cannot afford this. When you arrive they thoroughly search bags and purses-- ensuring nobody brings in food or drink (including water bottles). They had a stash of confiscated water bottles and drinks next to the guy searching our bag. This, of course means people will be spending another $20-40 on drink and food/snacks. Again, that really penalizes lower income families-- especially larger families. The facility itself is very nice-- with tables with large umbrellas and beach chaises. I was surprised to find out that their large private lounging areas rent for $110 for the day!! In conclusion, this is a very nice water park-- in very good condition. There is an area for toddlers, younger kids, a small "flowing river", and a large general purpose pool. We enjoyed our time there, but personally think it is too pricey for many El Pasoans. Maybe they could consider promotions to discount the entry price?”
