The trailer is a well-made trailer, as a retired military guy, customer service means everything to me. There was a warranty repair that needed to be done, it took them a while but the warranty item was taken care of. Correspondence between clean staff and customers could stand to be a little tighter. Overall great trailer and repair was taken care. Trailers are highly recommended.
