I like that they could schedule an appointment to spay/neuter my pets in a relatively short time span (1-2 weeks). But they seem more disorganized lately asking us to arrive at 7:30 am but not answering the phone until 8:00 am. Also, they should offer more in-depth information about the extra services they offer like x-rays which we received in DVD/Disc form and don't really have where to play it. They also charged me around 400 for each cat the first time being that they could only neuter one; the other one was sick so I had to take her later. In their instructions they said they could remove the sutures in 7-10 days but they made me wait 14 days which really affected other important things I had to do (and this cat was a stray at this point so she tried to escape the house many times). However, I've had no more problems and they seem very nice; I would personally try to find another place with more accessible prices, but I recommend this place too.

I took my baby Lola on an emergency and the staff was incredibly friendly and sympathetic. I had to make the decision to let go of my fur baby and I was treated so nice by everyone there. The doctor was kind and let us be in the room to say goodbye.

The staff was very compassionate. They explained the procedure and the process my dog would have. They were very informational about the services they provide and what i was to expect. I had to put my dog down cause she wasn't in good health. The staff and vet the were caring about my emotional state and were very supportive. I recommend this place because the vet took the time to explain to me everything that would happen. She answered my questions. Afterwards she thought I had left, but she saw I was there and came to speak to me about my pet. I was sad to have to put my pet down and she understood how hard a decision it was, but she let me know that our pets are like family and no matter if it is your fist time or 5th time you still feel there loss of your pet greatly. The office and rooms were very clean, the staff was kind and considerate. Thank you for the kindness you and your staff were to me. I greatly appreciate it.

They got my fur baby all better quick. Very reasonable prices, excellent staff, very polite and professional. I highly recommend this place. My Pomeranian was back to health the same day!

Amazing how they supported us during our most difficult time when we had to put our baby boy down. Very professional and supportive.
